Two different take out orders - 1. Seafood bisque - more of a chowder - certainly not bisque. It was mediocre at best. 2. Spicy crab bisque - again more of a chowder - not a smooth bisque and I was VERY disappointed to find IMITATION seafood in the soup. Plus it was NOT spicy. Ordered 1 quart and 4 pints, and received 2 packets of oyster crackers and 4 slices of bread. Coworker got Manhatten Clam Chowder and he said it was bland and lacked flavor. Trust me - If youre looking for good soup - SKIP THIS PLACE!

Fried calamari was a little too chewy for me - fresh salad - we had broiled halibut and a shrimp & scallop combo we enjoyed both - been there before will continue to go there

Met my girlfriend there for lunch at 1:30. By 2:15 we still hadnt gotten our food. Mind you, we only ordered a fish sandwich, chicken fingers, crab cakes and french fries. And mind you, there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant from the time we arrived. At 2:10, when we asked how much longer we had to wait, we were told as soon as possible. We asked to have our food packaged to go since we were on our lunch break. When we got back to our respective offices, the food was horrible and the portions were ridiculously small. We wasted our lunch breaks for food that wasnt fit to eat when we finally got it. NEVER AGAIN!

So full disclosure, I do not eat seafood. But my husband does and I find that most seafood places will have a chicken or steak dish and I m good with that. We came here and looked at the menu, the only thing not seafood was chicken fingers. So we asked the waitress and she very happily said that I could have filet mignon they usually serve with the surf and turf, they would just hold the surf. I was good with that. Then the food came. I received too rather large pieces of meat. By eye balling them I knew they were not filet mignon. I tried cutting into the one strange looking piece and my knife was not cutting through it at all. I didn t know if it was the knife or the meat. I cut into the second one and that one was a bit easier to cut. If you know filet mignon, it should slice like butter. This did not. Also, they were cooked well done. Who does that to filet mignon. I m not one to send food back, but I just really could not eat this. The waitress apologized and took it back. This time I received only one piece already cut in half so they could show me it was cooked medium. I cut through this, again, NOT filet mignon. It was tough and had fat and grizzle on it. When she finally brought the second piece I just had them wrap it all up. (I have a dog at home.) My husband did have the scallops. He says the flavor was good but it was chewy.

I ordered haddock, the spicy crab bisque, and a salad with Bleu cheese dressing. I though the crab soup was great, pretty spicy! The Bleu cheese dressing was probably the best Bleu cheese Ive ever had, very strong and unique, Id buy this by the tub if I could. The haddock was very good, but the tartar sauce was excellent. Im not even a person that normally likes any restsurants tartar sauce but this one was worth noting.

We ordered from Marinos a week ago and all 4 meals were delicious. Probably the best stuffed flounder Ive had. We will be ordering again tomorrow to celebrate my wifes birthday. Cant wait!

This review is for take out of raw fish to cook at home- fantastic. Picked up Atlantic salmon last night. It was delicious and fresh, the best price when compared to the grocery stores wild salmon.

Went for Valentines, looked up the food and prices online, was really expensive but we figured it was for Valentines so screw the price, thought it was going to be a super fancy restaurant or something. Almost didnt believe we were in the right place when we got there, it was a little hole in the wall with chintzy decor and one waist-apron-ed waitress! We still ate there and the food was good but to justify that price youd have to double the portion of food or take the atmosphere and service up about 20 notches, Im talking tuxes for the servers and white linen table cloths.

When i got into their restaurant it was totally empty. No guests... I ordered to go. Total supposed to be around 25 but when i got home and checked my receipt. They overcharged me $10! And my fried flounder was horrible. New England clam chowder was salty and old taste. Never want to come back!!!

Talk about old school! This is a great place. Good fresh simple seafood dishes. The fried shrimp are the best especially when served with a side of linguine marinara. Ive been eating there for years and have never had a bad experience.
